DriveTest reject latest offer

I read an article today that once again the people at DriveTest rejected the latest offer from their employeer. This is starting to get a bit ridiculous. This whole issue doesn't affect me personally, but I know a lot of people that this is affecting. This has been going on since August! I am well aware of the demands that the workers at DriveTest are requesting, but this seems a little unnecessary in my opinion. I really wonder how much longer this will go on for... This strike is affecting many more than just those who are employed there. Its time to come to some sort of negotiation. Thoughts??
